Chanroeun PA was born in 1979 in Kompong Chhnang province, Cambodia. As a curious, mature and hard working person, he has received outstanding positions one after another in both his studies and work. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the Royal University of Phnom Penh and another Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the National University of Management (the former National Institute of Management) with first class honors. Then, he spent another year at the National Institute of Education (the former Faculty of Pedagogy) to pursue a Graduate Diploma in Professional Teacher in Educational Science and English. After that he was awarded scholarship by the New Humanity to pursue Master of Arts in Philosophy at Assumption University, the first international university in Thailand. He finished MA in Philosophy, thesis on ‘The Development Ethics of Amartya Sen: A Critical Study’ , Excellent Academic Award (GPA 4.0/4.0).
